FAQ
- Are there refunds?
Since there is nothing to return, there are no refunds on digital downloads.
Stickers can be returned in unused condition within 30 days with shipping paid for by the buyer.
- How do you start and successfully complete your hours?
It is recommended that you first review the board's rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to know of any board rule changes and to track your hours accordingly.
If you find the rules have changed since the spreadsheet was updated, please notify me within 1 year of purchase and I'll provide you with a new spreadsheet.
Next, check out the “READ FIRST” section so you successfully input your hours and information into the spreadsheet.
- What activities will count towards your hours? How many hours are needed? How many years do I have to complete my hours?
Activities needed are shown in the table header. The “Hours Breakdown” section will explain hours needed and the minimum and maximum amount of time you have to complete your hours.
- What will my purchase look like?
The listing cover photo is exactly what your spreadsheet looks like.
- Why is the cell and text red for total hours?
This means you’ve reached your maximum amount of hours for that specific requirement and will no longer calculate additional hours.
- How do digital products work?
After purchase, your spreadsheet will be available for instant download via email. Please be aware, there are no refunds for digital products.
- Why does my spreadsheet look slightly different from the picture?
Depending on your operating system, monitor size, font driver, and Excel version, colors, fonts, and formatting may differ from the picture.
Formulas and functions will be unchanged. Google Sheets should look the same across all systems.
- Why can't I edit part of the spreadsheet?
The formulas and links are locked to protect the function of the spreadsheet. Everything else can be edited!
If you'd like to change or add something to the spreadsheet, please order from one of the custom listings.
- Why are my total numbers black instead of red?
The black numbers have several rules associated with them where you’ll need to monitor the totals. There’s no “conditional formatting” associated with the cell.
